In collaboration with the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine, Anopheles populations in the urban area of Kumasi were surveyed, and the application of Bti formulations for controlling malaria vectors was tested and implemented in practice. Two doctoral theses have been supervised by GFS within this project, and the collaboration has resulted in numerous scientific publications.
